The door is actually going to be 18".

Even though the door is on the smaller size, the seat is still 22" wide.

No, I mean how do you get the tub through a 24 inch door to the master bath we are remodeling. Is it a Kit or comes in pieces.

Ed, this tub is 35" wide & in one piece. You'll need a door that is at least 35" wide. You may want to look at a much smaller size, or be prepared to widen your doors all the way to the tub's final location. I did. Why do builders install 24" doors to bathrooms??
