Hello Doris Popson, I would talk to your electrician to see if he is able to move the position of your junction box or possibly find a solution for your space. Often times most fixtures are made the with wiring in the center because that's how most fixtures are installed. However, there are some fixtures out there with adjustable mounting brackets. You might be able to find these at your local hardware stores. We unfortunately don't see any products in person therefore it would be difficult for us to say which fixtures have these. Thank you!
