Sasanqua camellias are a lot more sun tolerant than the japonicas or hybrids and actually would prefer some good sun to bloom well. I would opt for the sunnier location.

But keep in mind OP is in the upper margin of sasanqua's range, and up here winter sun, especially morning and mid-morning sun is a no-no. Now is probably not the best time to plant sasanqua. Best in Spring, but hard to find them in spring.

Hm. I was going to pick one up tomorrow. So when I do plant it, I should put it more toward the middle? At most it would get dappled sun.

Being a double it also won't look natural in what appears as a "wooded area". Better to use a shrub of this nature trained flat against a house wall or otherwise in a sheltered location, against or near architecture. (A good technique is double flowers around buildings, semi-double farther out and single kinds in naturalistic settings or schemes).
