Is this dark gray and what would the shipping time be?

My remodel will have white tile and gray slate flooring, so I would like to find out if the 30" gray vanity is a dark gray or more of a steel blue? My contractor will start work on the bath remodel next week, but the shipping time is showing for early to late December. What would the earliest shipping time be for this item? Thank you.
