Available in polished nickel, without back piece?

Hi there,
I want this faucet!! But I only have a single spout and the spigot is located elsewhere on the other side of my tub. Can I just buy the faucet itself, with hose and wand, and mount without the backplate or this control knob? Also, my existing stuff is in polished nickel. Can I get this in polished nickel? I'm having trouble finding just what I need and this is almost exactly it... Hope it will work out. Thanks!
