My builder put in 8 of these in our kitchens(https://www.amazon.com/Halo-H995ICAT-Housing-Air-Tite-Shallow/dp/B0094GWFYK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8) and we would want to use a standard screw in base so we could use gold specular reflector trims.

Since the H995ICAT comes with a orange male adaptor, i am thinking of adding a female orange adaptor and then strip the pigtails of a edison base light socket and connect the pigtails to the female adaptor.
