Shoddy flooring install? Help!!!

October 16th we started our flooring installation. The contractor had to remove the previous glue down hardwood flooring (that he and we believed to be nail down) which took an extra 4 days. I completely understood but they tried to make up the time on the back end during the installation. I’ve had the contractor return twice to fix the install and he feels it’s perfectly fine. We were in a hotel for 2 weeks but have moved back home. However I haven’t moved anything back onto the floors or allowed the kids or dog (baby gate) to be on the floors. We are over a month without a kitchen, dining room or living room and going batty. Would you please look at the photos and give me advice as to how to proceed? The photos are from after he has “addressed all issues” and only a small sampling. Thank you for any and all help in advance!
