Love this sofa. Are the cushions firm or soft down like?

Hello.......I love this sofa in Grey, I am familiar with Klaussner. But obviously I am alittle concerned about ordering a sofa that you can not sit on first. So my questions is, would you consider this a firm sofa? Or a softer down like feel? Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Klaussner. This sofa has down blend seat cushions, back cushions, and arm pillows. The down blend seat consists of 1.8 ultra cell foam with a crown padding and polyester fiber wrap. The seat is then stuffed into a down jacket. The jacket is sewn out of a down proof ticking with a blend of polyester fiver and gray duck feathers blown into channels on top and bottom. This construction is designed to provide quality comfort and crown. Therefore, this sofa has a softer, down like feel.

One more question..... Are the 3 back pillows and seat pillows loose? (Can they we fluffed up)
