My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vacant apartment causing cold air flow.

We live on the second level of a three story brownstone. The apartment below ours is currently vacant and without heat, and as the weather gets cold (living in Chicago), we notice a major draft coming from the floors. Do landlords need to keep vacant apartments at a minimum heat?
