That is a Bittersweet Vine. An invasive vine that I pull anytime I see it growing in my yard.

Dispose of seeds in the trash, not in compost or municipal yard waste to avoid more seedlings in more places. Look closely at the leaves if any are left since you most likely have seedlings as well, so you will want to learn to recognize them. Plants have orange roots and will resprout from quite small pieces of roots that are left, so I would suggest that you recheck areas where you have pulled them several times next season. I often cut the vines to the base and then paint the cut stump with an herbicide per label directions as a brush killer since it is an invasive that has a high potential for reseeding near and far courtesy of birds. But I have many acres of invasives, and on a smaller property just pulling may be sufficient.
