Thanks for all the compliments! :) The shower "wall" is Coastal Showers' Gridscape series: https://www.coastalshowerdoors.com/gridscape-series/. Home Depot sells some of their fixed panels, but they do custom if you contact them. Since they didn't have a dealer in my area I dealt with them directly. Very good quality doors - love them.

All the art is from art.com, and since this place has an industrial vibe I had most of them wood mounted which was quite cost effective. They "float mount" them, so it stands out from the wall a bit. I love the look. The piece in the shower I had printed on aluminum, same site. We'll see how that holds up, but I'm optimistic. It almost seems coated. The print in the powder room I had done laminated because I wasn't sure I'd like the colors. I was going to get it on something else, but I like it so am leaving it.

Hi vinmarks, I got them from Overstock quite a few years ago. I did a quick search and unfortunately can't find them again. There are similar chairs, but they look fake where mine is real wood.

Love the industrial vibe! We have the same TP holders and have similar fixtures for towel holders as well. We made them ourselves. I also love the kitchen lighting! And the shower doors! So much awesome stuff here!

Although far removed from my personal style, I’ve been waiting for an industrial makeover/renovation – so fascinating and unusually distinctive! I like your galvanized lighting and brick in the kitchen, and of course, the raw edge table : -) Are those diamond plate steps on your stairs? Great pairing with the cable railing. Like others, the black tub is gorgeous, but I also like the tile choices you made – they really compliment the tub and sinks, the cabinet colors. Is there also a shower in the same area, behind that beautiful grid shower door? The sink in the half bath with the Edison lighting is very nice, too! My favorite is the art above the tub… my brother is a surrealist, and abstraction is a close relative. This is a lovely home for a self-described computer nerd, enjoy!

Hi 2Many Diversion, yes it's diamond plate! My hubby thought I was crazy, hah (this sentiment was actually expressed multiple times throughout the remodel..) There is a shower in the wet room as well, yes. Large enough that I don't get too many drops on the shower doors, but I keep a squeegee handy anyway. I love surrealism, but it just didn't suit the look of the bathroom. Next house I'm determined to get something by Alejandro Burdisio <3.

mercurygirl, the stainless steel tiles I got from TileBar, the quartzes used in the kitchen are Sleek Concrete on the peripherals and Cosmopolitan White on the island. The quartz in the master bath is Pure White. All Caesarstone. There are so many bad reviews on here that I was hesitant, but I could not be happier with the quartz. I've thrown a lot of things at it and not one stain. The hardest I had to work at getting something off was rust from a bobby pin that I left in one of the niches in the bathroom, but it eventually came off with a little elbow grease, a green and yellow scotch pad (rougher than the blue), and soft scrub with bleach gel. My installer said he sometimes scrapes off stains with a blade. I will get it again in a heartbeat. The marbles in the master bath are all from The Builder Depot.

rjknsf, I'm obsessed with plumping pipes! Had my hubby make the TP holders, the lights and towel rails in the master and the towel bar in front of the sink in the powder room. We had a tough time with the towel rails in the master since there wasn't enough space to hang a standard towel open, and I know my hubby - he will not fold a wet towel and hang it up and I wasn't ready for towels hanging over doors etc. Attaching a picture of the resulting design (my sanity was questioned yet again), and also the lights :)

Great layout in the kitchen, with separate clean-up and prep areas. I like the appliance garage with the position of the ovens--one of my favorites. The table is stunning!

I'll vouch for your sanity! You've pulled together a wonderful mix of modern and vintage/industrial with, as mentioned above, a remarkable coherence in each room and in the whole house. The plumbing pipes are great (I'm a fan of Kee Klamps with pipes too), and I think you answered my question about the pipe in front of the powder room sink--towel rack, right? I like how you have the fridge and freezer (again, I think) in different spots too. It looks like you placed them very functionally, and the balance of masses works great even though not in rigid symmetry. I'm adding this to the I-want-a-Gardenweb-kitchens-home-tour list!

I love your live edge table and that wet room bathroom is fantastic. I love the doors and that your niches are lit. The pipe towel holder in front of the sink is genius. I really wanted the vegetable bins and towel paper holder like you have. Love seeing that someone managed to do them!

Have a favor to ask... My hubby wants to incorporate industrial (via plumbing pipes - yes, a fan here too!) into the coffee bar/TV cabinet in our soon to be reno'd TV room... how did your husband cut the pipes? Mine said we'd have to rent a pipe cutter as the ones to cut plumbing pipe were rather pricey.... Not sure about this and I'd love to be able to provide insight. Thanks!

Island width is 101" and overhang is 16". The original plan was 90" wide, but there was an inspector related modification with the plumbing which added 11". I wouldn't have missed the extra 11". I reckon you can also get away with a 14" overhang, and I'm 5'9".

2ManyDiversions, from hubby: "The cutting is not the real issue, it is the threading, which I have not yet attempted. You should be able to cut 3/4" pipe with a angle grinder (thin kerf blade) if you don't care about threading. I have only had to custom cut a few pieces, so Home Depot was the choice for cutting, and they thread it too. Keep in mind, HD only threads 3/4" and larger pipe, for threading 1/2" pipe I had to go to a local plumbing supply store."
