I don't know if this should be here or under computers, but here goes.

I do a lot of streaming of audio from internet radio sites, both on my computer and on my cell phone. Frequently, the stream gets dropped. On the cell phone, it's because I have moved to a weak signal area or move from outside where I have LTE or 3G coverage to inside where I have WiFi connectivity. Usually, when the stream restarts, it starts at a different (e.g. earlier) point on the stream, or it switches to a podcast from the same source. This makes it difficult to follow a story. Is this the fault of the iPhone, the iPhone OS (IOS11), the app, or the source? I find it especially annoying when the source is one I pay for. A related problem is usually when the stream is dropped, it doesn't restart, which is a problem when I'm driving: I have to pull over or wait for a red light to press the restart button.
