You need a slanted ceiling install kit or a chadeleier that was meant for a sloped ceiling and if this is over a table you will need one that actually works at the right height which is the bottom of the fixture approx 30” from table top.

It depends on the diameter of the rod, there are different adapters out there but that involves some assembly (you have to detach the canopy from the hanging rod).

I do have different types of hanging straight adapters but I'd need to know the opening/diameter of the hanging rod.
