Food-safe pump hand sprayer

Can anyone recommend a pump hand sprayer that I could safely use on my wheatgrass? All the sprayers I've found locally have lead or other toxic substance warnings on them. I can't seem to find a food-grade hand pump anywhere, except for teeny olive oil sprayers that don't have much capacity.

How much wheatgrass do you need to spray?

And why do you need to spray it?

I'd like something like 64 oz. or so. I usually have about two 18x18" flats at a time to water. And I spray it to keep it moist while growing. It just seems that every one I find has a lead or other toxic warning on the label.

You can water from the bottom or with a fine rise watering can. Spraying is not an optimal way of watering as it dampens the foliage while not necessarily penetrating the medium effectively.

I'm in the 'don't sweat it' camp. What are the flats made of? Plastic? What is in the water? What is in the air?
