really appreciate the suggestions.. they all seem to have a 'pink' tinge.. I would prefer something that I keep referring to as "light oatmeal".. does that make any sense?.. am ready to paint and still trying samples. Usually get the answer I need here.. and appreciate the suggestions very much

I suggest you visit your Inspiration paint shop they are very good and have just about everything, get a couple of pots and paint onto wall of house, don't need boards for this but do paint a patch in a couple of different places to see how it changes and reflects in it's surroundings cheers

That just might be the 'oatmeal' you are envisioning. Otherwise, describe this to the paint specialist and see what they come up with. They may be able to customise your colour to suit. Keep us posted!

You could achieve this with various options. I always recommend Resene neutrals - eg Napa, Pravda, Truffle for warmer greys or Delta, Concrete or Surrender for cooler tones...huge capacity to adjust/finetune with their triple strength throughout to eight strengths.....their paint products are far superior (IMO) to most of the other gear on the market they are my secret weapon in nailing the paint colour decisions
