Looks good. They actually look perfect. What do you do with the inacceable base to the right of the sink? On closer viewing, I see you have a function door and drawer.

Armjim......goood. You have a nice laundry room. Congrats on a successful move. Hope you are moved in and looking forward to your Kitchen-aid refridge coming on Saturday. Can you give me the model numbers? I never made it to Appliance Connection. Now I’m scared after hearing stories. But have read some good information.

Looks great. Congrats, and enjoy them. May I ask...why the digital, new model dryer with the older style, mechanical washer? Curious. Happy Thanksgiving!

SQ non-electronic dryers have thermostatic auto-dry. Electronic models have proper moisture-sensing auto-dry.

Enduring, you can't tell from my photos, but there is just enough space to fully open the door and almost completely pull out the drawer. There are other doors and a drawer on the other side of the sink. The LR is not huge, but there is enough space for me to install a fold out ironing board. I chose the mechanical washer mainly because I wanted the ability to add more water using the reset as I know I have the habit of washing more towels at one time than I should. And exactly as Dadoes said, I knew an electronic dryer would be more precise. Even though the control panels look completely different, I had to compromise about that to get what I wanted.

Maggie, yesterday was my first Thanksgiving ever not spent with my family in Virginia. I love my partner's family dearly, but I missed the East Coast yesterday and my folks. The refrigerator is model # KRFC302ESS00 (There is also KRFF302but the doors did not seem as substantial). Geek Squad actually came out on Monday and was able to program it and get it running. As I was typing this, Best Buy called my partner to tell him they were on the way this morning with the replacement. He had already cancelled that after the successful repair. Sheesh!

Thanks for the comments. You folks here understand-unlike the people in my everyday life here-they think I am odd when it comes to these things!
