Take down the shelves behind the bed. Get new bedding that is elegant with silver and purple tones. Can you paint? I'm also thinking of a beautiful rug on the floor that you can take with you.

I am confused, is the room you are showing us your new bedroom? I don't see anyy mirrored or silver items, hence the confusion.

There should be no difference, really, because silver and mirror items will go with what you have in new room.

You could bring in a new floor lamp and/or table lamp, with silver finishes. You could place some silver/reflective items on the corner shelves.

If you take down the shelves over bed, you could hang art - a painting or maybe a framed print or photograph in a silver frame...or maybe use some metal art that has silver in it.
