Finish and wood

Just to confirm... is this new wood? not reclaimed? And what kind of finish is on it? Just wondering how much it will smell/offgas. I'm mold and chemical sensitive. Thanks!

Also, regarding the wood, we use sustainably sourced sugar pine from the Pacific Northwest for this frame. It is not reclaimed wood.
