question about kitchen sink under window

we are remodeling our kitchen. Does the kitchen sink have to be centered under the window that will be placed over it? The layout of the Kitchen will allow the 6 ft. window to be centered on the wall, however the layout of the cabinets and kitchen sink will make the sink about 4 inches off from the center of the window. What do you think?
