Looks like wintercreeper, Euonymus fortunei'Emerald Gaiety'. Technically not a vine but can have a lax, scrambling habit and an ability to grow up the sides of walls or fences. It can be an aggressive spreader under some situations but I would not consider it invasive. Many people here grow it as a shrub, controlled and shaped by annual pruning.

ETA: floral's ID maybe on the mark :-) The nodes between the leaves is a bit much for wintercreeper, as is the stem elongation but that's still a possibility.

No, GG it isn’t Wintercreeper. I can see it very clearly on my iPad and I am 100% certain it’s Vinca. Have you made that optician’s appointment yet? ;-)

And no, I haven't made that appt. yet......have been occupied recently with the need to replace my automobile, but that's next on my list of major to-do's.

I'm very short sighted so I take my glasses off to look closely at pix a few inches from my face. Also my little gizmo has very good magnification.

LOL!! If I were to take my glasses off, I wouldn't even be able to see the computer screen, let alone any detail. But they are just high powered readers.....obviously not high powered enough!
