Hey guys I know some of the most creative people are on this website and I need help from you all...☺

I want to renovate two bathrooms in my fixer upper. I'm hoping with the help of some masterminds you guys can submit ideas for bathrooms similar in size and layout.

I don't want to break the bank since this is a fixer upper but I don't want a plain Jane design either.

I'm pretty open when it comes to style.

Is this a flip or are you living here? Lowest budget upgrade is to replace floor, vanity, lights, bath trim kit. I like a small floating vanity in small spaces. Any structural or functional issues at present?
