Exterior Garden Irrigation

I don't know how to turn the irrigation system on

I bought this home back in May and during expections the irrigation system worked. I haven't had problem with Pass Irrigation Systems I've used but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to turn this one on. Help please!!! I know it's an old system.

Contact the Realtor you used to buy the property. S/he will either have a contact for the seller or a handyman to come out and show you how to operate the system. Or you could call the inspector and have him walk you through it.

I think that electrical box is missing something .. breaker maybe? kill switch? maybe post the pic in the electrical forum.
