We just bought our first home and are buying our 14 year old son a new room for Christmas. Unfortunately the room is tiny but we are just happy to have our first home!! Looking for ideas for the layout. See pic of room layout it’s the 9x8 room on the right. He wants a full size bed but I’m not sure that’s going to work. We would like to buy furniture that he can keep for a while and won’t outgrow So we would rather buy a full size bed vs a twin cause he’s growing quick and we dont want to have to buy another bed in a few years if possible but also want the room to be comfy. We don’t spend a lot of time in our bedrooms we focus on the family areas. So he won’t need a desk. Just bed, nigh stand, dresser, shelfs, etc. but not necessariky all that if we can get creative.
