    Wow! So many beautiful roses!

Beth - I got Cabana earlier this year and it’s still in a pot. How do you like this rose compared to your other C striped roses like Claude Monet and Camille Pissarro, both of which I love!

Beth, I see you got your Code of Honor. I ordered mine as soon as it was available , spoke directly with Richard. He kept saying it was coming but no sign of it. I sure is pretty. I hope I will get eventually.

Ann CABANA is a lovely rose. It tends to last a little longer than CM and CP. CM blows pretty fast, but I still love it. CP is also a good one, but the blooms are alot smaller.

Kristine, I didn't get CODE OF HONOR from For Love of Roses. I got it from Dave Bang himself several yrs ago. He sent me quite a few of his roses to sort of "test" them. I encouraged him to get them out there and market them. I'm so glad he did! I can't wait to get some more of them when they become available.

I love the Dave Bang roses. The colors are all so unique. For love of Roses have several to release but they are slow to get them out .Code of Honor was supposed to ship in Sep. Then Oct and I haven't heard anything since. Emails go unanswered. I am just hoping to eventually get COH. Yours makese want It even more.

    Very pretty C roses guys

Lots of C roses and so many beautiful ones! Here are some of my favorites from 2017.

Cabana arrived nearly dead as a bare root but rebounded very well. So far no fragrance in my climate but good rebloom. I’ll see how well it does in 2018 when it’s planted in the ground.

Candice was in her first year in 2017 and did really well! A good bloomer with a variety of looks, she’s multi-colored rose with lots of pink but can be yellow based. Blooms last well in hot weather but she only has a very mild fragrance.

Charles Darwin shows a lot of color variation — yellow, peach, white, and sometimes pink (!). Considering the work of the man who it’s named after, DA seems to have chosen well in naming this rose. In his first year, CD is consistently fragrant and growing in partial shade.

Chaucer in his first year handles heat really well. The rose looks delicate but is tough under 100+ degree temps. He’s own root from Heirloom and is growing quickly and blooming frequently. Fragrance is moderate. I really love the pearlescent sheen like frosted nail polish it has in its early bloom stages.

Christopher Marlowe is a lovely blend of pink and orange, very fragrant, and can grow in partial shade. He is showing some large thorns but spaced apart, and a tendency to be wide and spreading rather than upright. One of the most unique roses from DA.

    Hope you like these!

I love Cabana. I am digging up my sisters and trading it for Ebb Tide. I hope I don't kill it.

Beth--your Candy Cane Cocktail and Centennial Star are lovely!

    Enjoying all these roses.

    Have a couple "C" roses:

Clothilde Soupert (polyantha climber)--only decent bloom she had has year. Hoping for much better this coming year.

Cornelia (HM)--only bloom this hybrid musk has this year. Evidently takes a couple years for HM's to settle in.

    That's it!

On to the "D" roses--and I'll be caught up!

I forgot, I have a cream Veranda lol. Modest yours is such a pretty peachy color.

Mine started out really small ugly white blossoms and then Ta Da, peach.

So many different shades with the 4 people who have shown their CV pics!

    Crazy

That was my best CV bloom. Rest quickly faded to white in the heat. Tiny first year own root.
