My apartment complex is pretty solidly built. And apartments have natural insulation that many houses do not have just by virtue of the apartments on each side of, and above, one's apartment.

I have not yet this year used my central heating in my apartment because of that insulation factor. Right now it is 32 outside and 73 in my apt.
