Hello, thanks for reaching out with your question! These are very common recessed directional lighting, they can be found at any lighting specialty store. We don't know the exact spec, that was decided by the GC, but you should be able to find something similar with some looking around. For this project we did not use any indirect lighting but we do that quite often on many custom homes with high / vaulted ceilings. Reference our Spring Lane or Westover Residences for examples where we mixed the two types of lighting.
