My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need Fence Latch Help

If there's a more appropriate forum, please direct me.

Does anyone have recommendations for a fence latch that can be locked or unlocked from either side with a padlock. I found a perfect one, except for the fact that it's not available: https://www.amazon.com/Optimus-Hardware-Dual-Sided-Latch/dp/B0725RSWFK
