help with tricky living/family configuration

How would you lay out this room? It’s 23x25 but the stairs cut off the front making it only 15 ft wide. There’s a fireplace and two French doors. I want seating for a tv but I can’t figure out a layout. And I know I have to have zones but I’m trying to figure out how to create an open inviting space. Thanks
