How can I get replacement handle pulls.

We like the vanity but two of the handle pulls have broken screws stuck in the handle. Thx

Sorry to hear there is an issue with the handles.

Wyndham Collection has an industry leading two year manufacture warranty against defects. Please call the manufacture direct at 818-432-1250 and request a replacement.

If for any reason there are any issue in getting the replacement handles, please contact us again with your order number included and we will contact the manufacture for the replacement handles in your behalf.

Called Wyndham twice, the said to contact the seller and the seller needs to request a replacement. Also all replacement requests are handled through email according to the reps. Not HELPFUL at all.
How should I proceed?
