Is this a 2 1/4" fitter?

Trying to figure if I can use as replacement shade for pool table pendant light. It currently has (broken!) glass shades that are attached by a washer on the underside, followed by a "nut." Sorry if I'm not using proper lamp terms here. Ty.

The shade is designed to use with a harp and finial like on most standard lamps. I'm having a difficult time picturing your existing pendant setup in a way that would allow it to work. I am hoping the information about a harp and finial for a lamp gives you enough information to go on.
