I've just purchased my own little Craftsman home from 1923 and it's coming along wonderfully. I finished decorating the living room and am almost finished with the dining room.
Now just thinking about my kitchen makes me anxious, This home was a rental so they didn't love this kitchen. The cabinets don't fit and the counter tops are worn ( and they covered the grout in caulk?) I'm looking to replace everything in the kitchen but can't figure out what style to go with. I want a warm modern feel but I also want it to look like it belongs with the rest of the home (1920's look) can anyone show me things that fit this? All the help I can get would be very appreciated. Pics of the living and dining room to show my "style". The table is being replaced with something more fitting. Also I'm going to do all the work myself as I'm very qualified and to save on installation.
