The item packaging must be unopened and in saleable condition. Once the plastic tubing has been opened, the item is considered open. Please read the product description for size and color concerns. Open but unused items may be returned within 30 days but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used or Customized items may not be returned under any condition.
