Hello, I'm planning the renovation of the downstairs space and I was wondering if you have any tips/proposed redesigns of the space you could share? I would be grateful.

Red lines indicates which wall we are keen to get rid of (to make the kitchen bigger) (see red cross), where a new wall would go in the garage and a new internal door into garage.

In the living room we have some "dead space" after an old heater was removed we are thinking of getting rid of but not sure if this should be a hallway cupboard or making more space in the living room.

R- where radiators are.

Our priorities are:

Keep it simple/fuctional

Have bifold/bigger door to the garden

Bigger doors between living room and dining room (not sure if we should open the space up?)

Bigger kitchen (U shaped or with island)
