Are these casement windows and what brand are they?

    These windows are Marvin Clad Ultimate Casements, model # CUCA3255 with a lock rail and light layout to mimic the other Double-Hung windows on the house. Each window is 2'-8" wide and 4'-6" tall.

      Yes, these are Marvin Casement windows, with a custom light layout (to give the look of double hung windows). Casements are easier to open over a kitchen counter than a double hung sash.

      Depends on the type of window. These are casement windows and the screens go on the inside.
