what is the seat height?

I want to use this with my dining room table. Does it sit back too far and do you sink down when you sit in it?

Hello, thanks for asking about the Settee. The overall height is 35 inches. The seat height is 30 inches and the seat depth is 22.5 inches.

For further reference, most dining tables are about 30 inches high. Chair height is generally 18 to 20 inches (from the floor to the seat). This allows for comfortable lap and leg room. A general rule of thumb is to allow at least 10 to 12 inches between the seat of your chair and your tabletop. I hope this is helpful to you!
