My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Greetings, it looks like those vertical shades might be fixed; I cannot make out any roller tube or crank. Durasol Awnings manufactures retractable ones that can be installed in a similar design. http://www.durasol.com/solar-screens.aspx

    These vertical awnings / shades appear to be fixed and there is no guide wire or zippered track on the sides to either lessen the fabric movement or in the case of zippered tracks keep the fabric taught inside the track.
