My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

we are looking to cut the legs down so total height is 28 inches or thereabouts....willl that work? how long are the legs before the base starts, and/or can you make this unit custom?

    Although we are a company that does customize, the Houzz platform does not allow us to do so! When ordering through Houzz, the only options for height, are what is listed on the order page. Since each piece is handmade, dimensions may vary. You can certainly cut down the legs on this item if you wish. They are ~4", but vary on each piece! Let us know if you have other questions!
