Has anyone ever canned outside in the cold.

I usually do all of my canning in my garage whereas I have a 2 burner propane unit that I use. I am in the middle of OH and it is cold this week. I will be hot packing the beans into hot jars and then putting them into the hot water that is in the canner. My question is when I turn the heat source off after the proper amount of time the canner cools off a lot quicker than if it was in the heated house. Will this cause any problems. I am planning on carrying the canner inside and unloading the jars as soon as the pressure drops and it is safe to remove the lid whereas it will only be around 25 degrees in the garage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
