Watch out for codling moths. I'm focusing on paw paws and feijoas because of them.

Not that familiar with Macoun - doesn't appear on most lists as suitable for mild summer conditions - but the first four are all recommended for this area. And have a mid to mid/late bloom period so enough overlap to work well as cross pollenizers for each other.

I know about Enterprise, which is a very late ripening apple, tastes good, decent disease resistance. I am not familiar with the others on your list.

a favorite of mine is Melrose, an older heirloom variety, It ripens over a period of time, not all at once, tastes great, stores well, and for me a pretty healthy tree.

Melrose dates from the 1940s.

You mention Dave Wilson but don't say where you are going to be buying from, I'd use Rain-tree and/or Burnt Ridge. For one thing they are located right here in western WA. Otherwise some independent garden centers have pretty good selections also. And you can inspect the plant before purchase.

The local planting season for items such as fruit trees that are often purchased bare-rooted is end of winter (Feb.) and not spring. A conventional routine at the production end is to dig in Nov. and warehouse until shipping time the following year. With what is being waited for is the normal period of coldest winter weather at the receiving end to pass. This is done because bare-rooting kills nearly all of the feeder roots, effectively turns the bare-rooted specimen into a big cutting. Which has to sprout replacement feeder roots before it is fully functional. This happens when new top growth sprouts in spring, you want to obtain your plants and get them in the ground between the period of cold winter weather and this sprouting of new shoots and roots.
