I am guessing that you are not writing from the U.S., due to your use of meters instead of feet. I love seeing plans that are from other parts of the world, to see how others plan their living spaces differently.

The photo you attached is difficult to read, and is upside down. Please resubmit a better picture, and you may receive more responses. And if there's any way to provide dimensions in feet, that would be very helpful.

Also, in addition to the information that you've already provided, let us know the orientation (which way is south), who will live here and what uses you will have for the space (as in, is this an older couple or a young couple with children or a single person). I'm guessing this is a flat (or condo or apartment)? It looks like you have three bathrooms, and two bedrooms, is that correct? What do you plan to have in each bathroom - toilet, sink, shower, bathtub, etc? Do you want to have builtin closets in your bedrooms, which is standard in the U.S. but not always a standard item elsewhere. I do note that you don't seem to have any spaces for storage.

Also, if there's a way to configure the layout so the dining area is by the window (I assume there's a window in that space), and the kitchen is more on the inside, that might be preferable, unless the person doing the cooking prefers to have the view of the private garden.

There are many people far more knowledgeable than me who may provide their input if you make it easier for them to assess your plan.
