No clue. Wild guess is Dwarf English. I passed by some stunning ones that were about a whopping 18-24/30 inches in a potted container. The reaction I got was what I want in my shrub beds in the winter. Can't wait for mine to eventually just explode in growth (LOL). One can wish.

A good percentage of mine are GV. Supposedly the hybrids are less suspect...

I'm going to seek out a different one on 2018. I dunno if it was location (shaded) but it was like wintergem, bigger, but the foliage showed not a hint of bronzing at all !

The one I recently saw - in which I said I wanted to look into come spring of 2018 was not wintergem, but bigger and showed no bronzing.

I have to check out Embothrium thread in whole, but when I skimmed it, isn't/arent the hybrids no affected by such ?

Another Rutgers Page I posted a link to recently on another thread had a table showing all the commercially familiar box being affected. And mentioned, as I have also seen stated elsewhere that the box relatives pachysandra and sarcococca were on the menu as well.
