My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for THIS look, but a solid wood floor. More character is fine. Love the OLD HOUSE, used look, nice patina.
Any thoughts?

    Thank you for the compliments. That floor is 7"x 3/4" Character Grade, Euro Cut, Solid material with long lengths. It was prefinished and created at our Finish Mill on Long Island.
