Depends on why you want to cover them - energy loss? Privacy? Aesthetics (and if so, which?)

I suppose all three but privacy is a necessity since those are between my living room and the street. I'd like it to look nice and any energy hell is appreciated...

I can't tell what overall style you are looking for - but perhaps you could use blinds which are pulled up from the bottom, leaving the top open for the light. Alternatively, you could use top down blinds which cut 25 percent of the light, but still allow you to see ou.

You could use a woven blind with drapes hung by clips on a bronze finished curtain rod. The woven blinds can be lined with privacy liner or blackout liner that keeps out sunlight.
