My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,

    I will need the electric information for this mirror, and what/where the wiring is required to supply same. If we change the size of mirror are the specs for electric layout the same for each size? In addition, please confirm the wattage of lighting this produces and what is changed should a bulb burn out?

    All our LED mirrors are hardware only size 12x16 inch with the wall plug only. All our LED mirrors are with the same electric spec layout.

    Each size of the mirror with different power supply spec. So the one you asking was 30x36 inch with 50 watts of lighting and 3650 Lumens.

    There are no "bulbs" in the traditional sense. They are actually LEDs on a strip and they are replaceable/upgradable.
