My kitchen project has just begun, the kitchen was demolished today. I'm still undecided about which granite edge to go with. I went around to a few places, most of the edges I saw were ogee. I was told that it goes great with raised panel cabinets which is what I'm getting but I'm not sure I love the look. I'm thinking of going with the 1/2 inch beveled edge but not sure if that will be too plain. I never saw the dupont edge in person but was told that if it chips, it's very hard to repair. Any thoughts on this?
