Here’s a pic of #3 from the side showing white petioles with a green stripe.

I was just looking at Naylor Creeks online catalog, and came across 'Americana" in the same family as Fire and Ice. #3 maybe?

#1 looks like 'Morning Light', again same family.

#1 does look like Morning Light. The leaves on #3 look just too round to be Americana. I’m not fond of puzzles.

I looked up Clifford's Stingray (never heard of it)..#3 sure looks like it to me..love all of these but #3's my favorite of the bunch..love the round leaves..that's a pretty caladium..

#3 does look like my Clifford’s Stingray, which came from Hallson Gardens in 2014. I’m just trying to figure out how the little garden center I bought #3 at in 2013 could have had a Clifford’s Stingray in a pot labeled Fire and Ice.

it's happened to me too..thought I bought multiples of something and then discovered they weren't the same..it's not a Fire and Ice but it's lovely..

what about warwick comet on 3 .... not from the family .. and its own cross ...

it does have the white petioles ...

and i think there is a look alike name.... maybe the clifford noted above ...

in this case .... dont give my opinion anymore weight than anyone else ... its just an impression i get looking at it ...

It does look like Warwick Comet, a little whiter in the center. I’m looking for a pic in bloom.

Karin, thanks for the pics of the blooms! I looked way back in my photos and could not find one in bloom. I did, however, find these interesting images.

I think it has sported to Clifford’s Stingray, or maybe it’ll be unique and I get to name a hosta.

If it's just 1 or 2 eyes with those nice round, cupped leaves, I'd try and separate them.

I guess I’ll see what comes up this spring and deal with it.
