My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

hardwood floors

For a new house that will have hardwood floors throughout, better to go with pre-finished from the factory i.e. a bellawood or homer wood type or have your contractor install the flooring with 4 coats of polyurethane? Thanks
