Many are growing them. But you'd need to put them outside in summer; inside in winter. They shouldn't be a whole lot different than growing mandarins since they are a mandarin hybrid.

Dekopon is an alternate bearing variety, so some fruit reduction needs to be done on heavy crop years. For in ground trees, Dekopon trees need pruning much the same as a peach tree is pruned, to allow light to reach the center of the tree.
