My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Not at all, feel free to build your own foundation or work off of an existing one. Any Duramax foundation is sold seperately from this building for that reason.

    Sorry one more question. I have an HOA that has concerns about it rusting and looking badly. Your comments? Lastly, how long would it take one person to disassemble the product should that be required? Thank you for your prompt response!
