Where can I get siding like that?

I am decorating my bedroom and I'm not a do-it-yourself person. I have been to Lowes several times and I can't figure out if this is panelling or siding? What do you recommend?

Linda - the panelling is actually wood boards fastened to the wall and then painted. These are shiplap siding boards, which you may not find at a big box store, but check at a local lumber supplier. Downstairs these are made of ash and stained, but upstairs (shown) I'm not sure what type of wood it is. I imagine you could use pine or something common to your area.
